We're back.

In this episode Chad and Drew sing more than Joshua. We find out more about how Joshua's Dad thought he had a girlfriend because of The Threshing Floor. We also discuss great country songs, what Drew should be naming his child and why Episode 2's "Redneck Hibachi" is still the greatest idea ever.

On a more serious note our hosts talk about what the word Gospel actually means. We work through some of the more popular (and current) ideas of the word and why it is important to have both a wide and narrow view of the Gospel. Plus, Joshua mentions NT Wright 1,983,019 times.

We also go through listener mail and talk about church revitalization, websites and being gospel centric.

We continue our Missional month with a great interview with Dr. Brian Russell of Asbury Seminary. Brian shares how and why he teaches from a missional perspective in his classes and what being missional means for every local church. He shares a tremendous amount of wisdom with us this episode.

Brian is also the author of Invitation, a 10 week Bible study teaching basic fundamentals of scripture.

The Threshing Floor is giving away a workbook and DVD of Invitation, over a $100 value, over the next two weeks. Just retweet us on twitter @TTFpodcast.

Besides our interview with Brian we talk about major life changes in the near future, Chad joining a bigfoot organization and we share 5 seedthoughts on "What you do when spring comes."

It's Missional Month at The Threshing Floor. This month our hosts are having a conversation with other leaders about what missional means in different contexts and how ministries see themselves as missional.

In this episode we have a conversation with Adam Weber, the founding and lead pastor of Embrace in South Falls, SD. Embrace is a leading UMC church and Adam shares some great wisdom and drops gospel bombs on us. Seriously-if you listen to this interview you just might find yourself having church.
